Automation Governance & Teams: Establishing Strategy and Ownership
When most small and medium-sized businesses first dip their toes into automation, it happens organically. Someone in marketing creates a Zapier workflow. The finance team starts using a spreadsheet macro. Customer service builds a chatbot. Each solution works beautifully, in isolation.
