What platform will my AI assistant be built on?
It depends on how you want to use it. Most clients choose either:
→ ChatGPT (Pro) for private, direct access
→ Chatbase for a branded, client-facing experience embedded on your site or course platform
We’ll decide the best fit based on your use case and I’ll build accordingly.
Can I sell access to my assistant?
Yes and many clients do. You can use your assistant as a paid product, a programme bonus, or a support tool inside a course or membership. I’ll help you train and position it for monetisation if that’s your goal.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use it?
Not at all. You’ll get a walkthrough video, clear instructions, and everything will be built + tested for you. This is designed to be a hands-off experience with high-impact results.
What do you need from me?
You’ll fill out a short form, provide your documents (or links to your content), and choose your build tier. That’s it. If your content isn’t already organised, the Content Extraction tier is for you. I’ll handle the sorting and training from there.
How is my content protected?
Everything you share with me is confidential, securely stored, and used solely for the purpose of building your assistant. I also add protections directly into the AI Assistant so that it doesn't share its training. Your IP is respected at every step. Once the build is complete, your files are deleted.
What if I need to make changes later?
You’ll receive post-build support for 5 business days to ask questions, test use cases, and request light adjustments. If you want to expand or retrain your assistant later, I offer upgrade options.
Can you build more than one assistant?
Yes, if you want separate assistants for different programmes, clients, or departments, just let me know. Multi-GPT builds are available on request.
